I believe in an inner personal strength, the value and fullness of life, and an achievable, reflective belief that we can be content. At times, when life's challenges become overwhelming, they can be addressed and goals can be achieved with support.

Grounded in a variety of counselling theories, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy will be my primary approach to helping clients deal with emotional distress related to life's challenges. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and thus Mindfulness are also an important part of my practice.
