Professionally, I am affiliated with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and am a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC).

Grounded in a variety of counselling theories, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy will be my primary approach to helping clients deal with emotional distress related to life's challenges. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and thus Mindfulness are also an important part of my practice.
